Combiantion Flux and Fire Coat Preventive

Cupronil works best as a fire scale preventive on sterling silver, but it can be used on all non-ferrous metals. Cupronil is a combination flux and fire scale retardant. Anti-flux inhibits the flow of solder to unwanted areas. Contains copper, potassium, sodium borate and boric acid. 

To use, apply a smooth even coat of cupronil to the warmed metal using spray or soft brush.  Heat metal until cupronil forms its white haze on the surface. Touch up areas not coated.   Solder as usual, pickel as usual, rinse and polish. For best results, stir before using and keep container closed when not in use.
