Use them on the toughest metals, like 18 karat white gold and the newest platinum spring alloys, or use them on any metals you choose. You will find them cheaper to use than your regular burs, since they will last so much longer. Fox brand cylinder square cross cut carbide burs are made by Brassler Germany and are sold under various brand names throughout the world including Komet. Sold in six-packs only. All shanks are 3/32″.
