Otto Frei sells the HARMONY brand of Made in the USA sterling silver wire made from 100% recycled materials from non-mined sources such as reclaimed jewelry, silverware, coins, precious metals and dental scrap.
Larger gauges from 6 gauge to 22 gauge are sold in coils.
Because of the kinking that can happen on the lighter weight smaller gauges, our sterling silver wire from 24 gauge to 30 gauge are sold on spools. Spooling the wire costs more but you are guaranteed to receive perfectly usable stock.

Half-Hard sterling silver round wire is malleable and easy to bend and it will maintain shape under stress, making half-hard wire a good choice for making ear wires and other findings. Sold in 1 ounce coils.
Dead-Soft silver wire is very malleable and very easy to bend. However, it will not hold a shape under stress. Use dead-soft silver wire for wire wrapping.
