Description
Our double sided texturing hammers are used with non-ferrous metals (copper, brass, silver and gold) for making attractive patterns to give your creations an eye-catching look. Each hammer has 2 different patterns. Hammers No. 1 and No. 2 have face diameters of 1-1/8″ round and the total length of the hammers are 10″. The face diameters of the rectangular No. 3 hammer is 1″ by 3/8″ and the total length of the hammer is 10″. Hammers have a Rockwell hardness of 48 and the more the hammer is used, the more interesting the patterns become.
To use this texturing hammer, place sheet metal on a flat metal block or anvil and strike sharply. In no time you will have interesting patterns.
