The Zeiss 10X triplet has a 13mm diameter glass lens with a field a view that is almost the entire 13mm. Other triplets may have larger diameter lenses, but they won’t have a larger field of view. This triplet also has a anti-reflection coating.
The Zeiss 10X triplet is housed in a plastic casing to protect from damage in accidental falls. This is the only 10X triplet we sell that comes with a owners manual. Here are some selections from that manual:
The loupe measures a compact 25mm x 38mm x 15.5mm thick when closed, and has a 2.5mm hole thru the rivet for hanging the loupe from a chain if so desired.
